Fresh cheese, what a treat! Come and visit us in our historic laboratory in the Tavoliere di Puglia, you will be able to attend all the stages of preparation of mozzarella, burrata, scamorza, and local fresh cheese. At early morning (9-11) we start to prepare mozzarella and burrata, the other cheeses are added later. You will be able to appreciate the whole creation process and at the end you will participate in a great final tasting, in which in addition to the cheeses you will also find olives and other local products.
The cost is € 20 per person for a minimum of 2 participants, and includes both the master’s lesson and the final cheese tasting. Anything not mentioned is excluded.
The laboratory is open in the morning every day from 9 to 12. You can arrive at the time you prefer, agreeing in advance with the present organizer.
How to get there
The laboratory is located in Rocchetta S.Antonio, town in the province of Foggia. Arrival is recommended by car (possibly asking PlacenPeople).After booking it will be possible to speak by phone for more details.
It is an indoor activity and a green pass is required for access as required by law.
The organizers speak Italian. For other languages, if you are not willing to use the online automatic translator, we recommend you the presence of an interpreter; however, if the booking is made sufficiently in advance we can take action to make it available.
