We will discover the Mediterranean Cuisine: the colors of Art together through the good use of the products of the earth with simple and quick vegetarian recipes, learning to put color and flavor on the plate. The workshops will have the colors of the season as a theme, with the fruits of the garden. We will blend the vegetables and spread the colors to eat on the bread: the orange of the carrot and the pumpkin, the yellow of the pepper, the green turnips or courgettes, beetroot red, sauerkraut violet. Vision of works of art inspired by colors, images of great masters in the history of art, for example for the yellow Mirò, Van Gogh; for the red Kandinsky, Matisse; for the orange Turner, Rothko. We will create a work of art to eat with a slice of bread and fresh seasonal vegetables, learning together healthy and tasty recipes that remind us of our land, Puglia, but with a new and creative look. Suitable for all ages. I’ll wait for you!
Costs
The cost is € 30 per person and includes the lesson and the ingredients used. Discounts are possible for large groups. The Organiser’s teaching activity and the ingredients used are included.
Starting time
The starting time of the workshop is flexible (recommended at 10 in the morning) and lasts approximately 1.5 / 2 hours; the Organizer could, according to production needs, ask for a different time when booking. The workshops are available all year round.
How to get there
The workshops of our Organizers are located in Bari, in places that can be easily reached on foot. In the warmer months it is possible to carry out the laboratory outdoors. After booking, however, it will be possible to speak by phone for information on the precise point.
Language
The workshop is available in English, Italian and French.

Cancellation
By completing the payment, you agree to the Terms of Use. In case of cancellation, only the deposit is lost. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before midnight on the date of the activity by writing to PlacenPeople and the Organizer (e.g. activities on July 5th, cancellation possible until July 3rd). This activity depends on the weather conditions: in case the organizer judges the ctivity not feasible, he can propose to postpone it or, if impossible, can cancel it (with full refund).
