👍 You and the Organizer will speak on the phone and meet on the day of the activity. You will complete the payment directly to him / her for the remainder.
No, the activities are reserved for community members only. It costs nothing to sign up, and we will not use your information for spam or other improper ways.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, the link you will receive via email accepts both Paypal and debit and credit cards.
What if I don’t get the payment link?
Wait, the payment link may come to you after a few minutes. Only in case you do not really receive it you can use the manual payment, completing with the reservation data (the reservation number is necessary)
How do I choose the meeting point with the Organizer?
After booking, you will receive the Organizer’s contact, and he / she will receive yours. Then you can talk to each other and agree on the exact meeting point and other details.
What if I change my mind after booking?
It depends on the conditions written in each activity in the “cancellation” section. In general, however, if you are at least 2 days away from the day of booking, you only lose the deposit paid initially.
What if the organizer doesn’t show up?
It is a very rare thing, but in any case if the organizer is seized by an illness or has any problem that prevents him from showing up for the appointment, what you paid will be returned to you completely. In fact, the PlacenPeople “incident” policies, which you can find in the Policy section, apply in this case.
What if the activity cannot be done due to bad weather or other force majeure?
The Organizer is responsible for verifying whether the activity is feasible or not. For example, flight or maritime activities can be moved to a later date if the Organizer believes there are security reasons. If you can’t at a later date, you will receive a refund of what you paid.
