Exploration of the Castellana-Putignano cave

This activity is managed by multiple organizers, according to their availability, we will provide you with all the additional information when you contact us for the reservation.

Costs

Standard visit: €10 lasting 40 minutes.

Speleological visit: The fee per person is in the range of €25 for many of our organizers in Puglia, and includes the use of a helmet provided by our team’s instructor, where needed, a suit or torch will also be provided.

Starting time

The exploration of the cave takes about 1 hour, and can be done in the morning or in the afternoon. The starting time is flexible and can be agreed with the organizer at the time of booking.

How to get there

The cave is located a short distance from Castellana, and can be reached by car.

Language

The organizers speak Italian. A translator can be available in english for a small additional cost.

Cancellation

By completing the payment, you agree to the Terms of Use. In case of cancellation, only the deposit is lost. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before midnight on the date of the activity by writing to PlacenPeople and the Organizer (e.g. activities on July 5th, cancellation possible until July 3rd). This activity depends on the weather conditions: in case the organizer judges the ctivity not feasible, he can propose to postpone it or, if impossible, can cancel it (with full refund).
