Sailboat trip in Santa Maria di Leuca

Description

The Salento sea is perfect for sailing and enjoying crystal clear waters and intense colors. With this sailboat trip we will sail on the Adriatic coast and the Ionian coast, making the most of the strategic position of the port of Leuca which is born in the middle of the two seas. During the sailing you can choose whether to enjoy the view or learn the first basic rules for sailing, participating in the maneuvers on board and steering in assistance with the skipper. We will both sail offshore, going out a little, and coastal in order to admire the many natural caves that arise along the coast of both Levante and Ponente. It is recommended to bring a windbreaker.

During the stop it will be possible to swim and snorkel. During the half-day experience, a snack on board of typical products, fruit, a glass of prosecco and water will also be offered. In the case of experience for the whole day, lunch with rice or spaghetti salad, fruit, white wine and water will be offered.

Costs 

The cost is 50 € per person for the half day experience (4 hours) 70€ per person for the full day experience (8 hours).  When the 70€ places are sold out, a second boat is available at the price of 80€/pers.. Rates include boat transport and food offered on board, while it does not include anything else (any diving equipment, etc.). In case the group is smaller than the minimum (4 pers.) it is possible to ask for a small discount.

Starting time

The departure is scheduled in the morning, the time can be agreed if there are no other guests, always taking into account the sea conditions. Tours are available all year round (sailing is exciting even in the low season).

How to get there

The departure is the port of Santa Maria di Leuca and can be reached by car or by bus. By car you can reach the parking area on the Lungomare where the Organizer will be waiting for you to go to the boat, or with the bus active in the summer that stops near the Tourist Port of Leuca. As soon as you have made your reservation, the system will exchange your contact details and we will be able to explain to you by phone how to reach us easily. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before departure.

Cancellation

By completing the payment, you agree to the Terms of Use. In case of cancellation, only the deposit is lost. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before midnight on the date of the activity by writing to PlacenPeople and the Organizer (e.g. activities on July 5th, cancellation possible until July 3rd). This activity depends on the weather conditions: in case the organizer judges the ctivity not feasible, he can propose to postpone it or, if impossible, can cancel it (with full refund).
