You can choose between an interactive cooking class or a private dinner prepared in front of you, with a tailor-made menu that may include multiple courses of meat, fish, or traditional Puglian dishes.
All fresh, seasonal ingredients are included in the price, carefully selected by the chef to highlight the best local products.

This service does not involve external catering: the chef uses the utensils and equipment available on-site, or can arrange to bring what’s needed for an additional fee.

Menu variations are available for guests with dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, or other allergy and intolerance options, ensuring every dish is adapted to your preferences.

An intimate and authentic experience, perfect for those who wish to discover the true taste of Puglian cuisine from the comfort of their own home or holiday stay, surrounded by local aromas, flavors, and stories of tradition.

Pricing

Prices start at €88 per person for a 3-course menu, with all ingredients included.
Minimum 6 people, maximum 30.
A children’s menu is also available, starting from €38.

Starting time

The experience is available from mid-March until the end of November.
Time and duration may vary and can be arranged during the booking process.

The experience takes place in your own accommodation in Puglia.

The organizers speak English and Italian.

How to book

💬- Chat with PlacenPeople on Whatsapp or write to reservations@placenpeople.com 

📩- PlacenPeople will send your request to the Organizer and reply with his confirmation

💳- You will pay a deposit with PayPal or card. Activities in PlacenPeople are sold directly by the Organizers.

👍- You and the Organizer will talk by phone and meet on the day of the activity. You will complete the payment directly to him/her. 

Cancellation

By completing the payment, you agree to the Terms of Use. In case of cancellation, only the deposit is lost. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before midnight on the date of the activity by writing to PlacenPeople and the Organizer (e.g. activities on July 5th, cancellation possible until July 3rd).

This activity depends on the weather conditions: in case of unfavorable weather, the organizer can propose to postpone it or, if impossible, will cancel it (with full refund).
