diving excursion
This diving excursion to the waters of the marine protected area of Porto Cesareo is addressed both to the expert divers with the licence and to those who have not yet tried their first breath underwater (the so-called “baptism of the sea”). These two experiences are different as they are based on the level of experience of the participants.
There is a variety of over 40 caves, walls full of gorgonians, a naval wreck and an airplane wreck of the Second World War, landscapes characterized by walls and stones, numerous crossable passages, and countless living forms in unspoiled and colorful backdrops. From time to time (but not so much) some surprise that the sea decides to give. Get ready for an exciting experience, accompanied by professional instructors.
Costs
– 35€/pers. for the diving excursion (with licence) plus 15€ for those who need to rent the equipment.
– 60€/pers. for the baptism of the sea (also available for one person, at the price of 60€)
The price includes the transport by boat and the activity of the instructor, in the baptism of the sea the rental of the equipment is already included.
Starting time
The tours have a duration of about 3 hrs, they start in the morning or afternoon, and are available throughout the year. The departure time will be arranged by the Organizer after the booking.
How to get there
The departure is nearby Porto Cesareo. We recommend arriving 10 minutes earlier than departure time. After booking it will be possible to speak by phone for more details.

Cancellation
By completing the payment, you agree to the Terms of Use. In case of cancellation, only the deposit is lost. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before midnight on the date of the activity by writing to PlacenPeople and the Organizer (e.g. activities on July 5th, cancellation possible until July 3rd). This activity depends on the weather conditions: in case the organizer judges the ctivity not feasible, he can propose to postpone it or, if impossible, can cancel it (with full refund).
