The pastry chefs of the PlacenPeople community are waiting for you to discover the secrets of ancient local traditions, teaching the tricks of the most authentic and genuine recipes, handed down for centuries by Apulian grandmothers. In Lecce, pasticciotto and the processing of almond paste are typical. Put your hands in the dough, let your senses be intoxicated by all the aromas during the preparation and end the experience enjoying your sweet creations!
The participation fee for this type of experience starts from € 35 per person. It includes the lesson, the use of the ingredients, and the final tasting of what has been prepared. Classes are formed from 2 to 8 participants per group. If there is availability, even a single person can join an already created group. It is necessary to wait for confirmation from our organizer.
The starting time is communicated by the organizer, and generally the workshop takes place in the middle of the morning, or in the early afternoon. The duration of this workshop is approximately 2 hours.
