Choose the full aperitivo: a longer experience that combines the tasting of olive oil, cured meats, and typical local cheeses, paired with a glass of selected wine or another beverage of your choice. It’s the perfect moment for those who want to fully explore the variety of this land’s flavors, letting themselves be surprised by unique and unexpected pairings.

All of this takes place in a private, cozy, and refined setting, designed for those who want to enjoy a moment of relaxation and socializing while discovering the secrets of Apulia’s food and wine traditions with a gourmet touch.

Pricing

• Olive Oil tasting: €67 per person – Duration: 1 hour
  
• Cured Meat tasting: €79 per person (min. 2 people) – Duration: 1 hour
  
• Full Aperitivo: €88 per person – Duration: 2 hours

Starting times are flexible and will be arranged directly with the organizer after booking.

Language

The organizers speak English and French.

Allergies

The full aperitivo can be adapted for vegans, vegetarians, and lactose-intolerant guests (please inform the staff when booking).

This experience is not suitable for celiacs or guests with dairy allergies.

How to book

📩- PlacenPeople will send your request to the Organizer and reply with his confirmation

💳- You will pay a deposit with PayPal or card. Activities in PlacenPeople are sold directly by the Organizers.

👍- You and the Organizer will talk by phone and meet on the day of the activity. You will complete the payment directly to him/her. 

Cancellation

By completing the payment, you agree to the Terms of Use. In case of cancellation, only the deposit is lost. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before midnight on the date of the activity by writing to PlacenPeople and the Organizer (e.g. activities on July 5th, cancellation possible until July 3rd).

This activity depends on the weather conditions: in case of unfavorable weather, the organizer can propose to postpone it or, if impossible, will cancel it (with full refund).
