Walk with donkeys in Valle d’Itria

Description

Would you like to experience a different day than usual, in which the whole family has fun and remains satisfied? Then come to see donkeys in our farm surrounded by millenary olive groves, figs and almonds! A day with donkeys is not just a fun pastime, but an emotional enrichment for everyone. No other animal arouses as much sympathy and affection as the donkey.

Our eight donkeys are very curious and will receive you with pleasure, attracting you with the incomparable look of their sweet eyes! At first we will show you the world of donkeys, and then we will playfully approach these amazing “long-eared” quadrupeds. The shared experience between adults and children becomes an extraordinary highlight for all. 

Then we will set off with the donkeys and do the donkey trekking around the farm. Along the path you learn a lot about the territory, but also about the regional flora and fauna. In this way, children will have the opportunity to put into practice the experiences acquired, while the little ones will be able to ride a donkey.

We conclude this beautiful experience with a picnic under the millenary olive trees! Suitable for ages 4 and up.

Costs 

The cost is € 63 per person up to the first 4, then € 15 for the next ones in the group. The price includes insurance and a small snack with a drink. Children under 4 are free.

Starting time

The time, in the morning or in the afternoon, can be agreed with the Organizer at the time of booking.

How to get there

The place where the activity takes place is not far from Grottaglie, between the high Salento and the Valle d’Itria. After booking, the organizer will contact the guest to indicate exactly the meeting place.

Language

The organizers speak Italian, English and German.

Cancellation

By completing the payment, you agree to the Terms of Use. In case of cancellation, only the deposit is lost. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before midnight on the date of the activity by writing to PlacenPeople and the Organizer (e.g. activities on July 5th, cancellation possible until July 3rd). This activity depends on the weather conditions: in case the organizer judges the ctivity not feasible, he can propose to postpone it or, if impossible, can cancel it (with full refund).
