In the heart of the Murgia, in Altamura, a welcoming wine bistro with traditional Puglian cuisine opens its doors to visitors eager to discover the authentic flavors and convivial spirit of local tradition.
The atmosphere is warm, informal, and genuine, the perfect place for those who want to experience Puglia through taste, culture, and good wine.

Three different experiences are available:

• Lunch: a traditional Puglian menu prepared with fresh, local ingredients — pettole or panzerottini, mixed appetizers, a first and second course from local tradition, all paired with house wine.
  A complete culinary experience that celebrates home-style cooking and the authentic flavors of Altamura.
  
• Wine Tasting: for wine lovers, the bistro offers guided tastings featuring 3 or 4 local labels, carefully selected to represent the aromas and varieties of Puglia.
  The wines are paired with panzerottini, bruschette, and crostini with spicy ricotta, creating a balance of flavors that enhances every sip.
  
• Olive Oil Tasting: olive oil enthusiasts can enjoy a dedicated tasting of 3 or 4 different types of extra virgin olive oil from Puglia, each served with local bread bruschette to highlight its unique character and nuances.

A genuine and relaxed way to discover Altamura and the true flavors of Puglia, while passionate and knowledgeable hosts guide guests through stories, traditions, and curiosities about the region’s products.

Pricing

• Lunch: €32 per person (min. 10 people)
• Wine tasting:
  • €45 per person
  • €50 per person
• Olive oil tasting: €63 per person

For each option, a maximum of 80 people can be accomodated.

How to book

💳- You will pay a deposit with PayPal or card. Activities in PlacenPeople are sold directly by the Organizers.

👍- You and the Organizer will talk by phone and meet on the day of the activity. You will complete the payment directly to him/her. 

Cancellation

By completing the payment, you agree to the Terms of Use. In case of cancellation, only the deposit is lost. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before midnight on the date of the activity by writing to PlacenPeople and the Organizer (e.g. activities on July 5th, cancellation possible until July 3rd).
