In the heart of the countryside of Putignano lies an organic farmhouse that combines tradition, sustainability, and a deep passion for the land.
The farm produces artisan dairy products, cured meats, and cheeses, grows vegetables and olive trees, raises bees for honey, and cares for over 1,000 animals, all bred with full respect for animal welfare and the environment.
All raw materials are produced and processed on-site, ensuring quality and a short, transparent supply chain.

The experience begins with a visit to the mozzarella workshop, where you can watch the pasta filata (stretched-curd cheese) being made and discover the secrets of traditional cheesemaking.
The tour continues through the aging cellars, where cured meats and cheeses mature, and then to the stables, where you can meet the animals up close and learn about the importance of ethical farming.

The visit ends with a tasting in the farmhouse restaurant, featuring a board of cold cuts and cheeses produced on-site, served with local bread and olive oil.
Those wishing to extend their stay can enjoy a farm-to-table lunch at the restaurant, choosing from à la carte dishes prepared with the same genuine ingredients grown and produced on the farm.

Pricing

• €25 per person for the guided visit and tasting of farm products
• €32 per person if you also add a glass of wine to the tasting

Starting time

The experience takes place from Monday to Friday, starting between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m., and lasts approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
It is sometimes available on Saturdays, subject to confirmation by the organizer.

Cancellation

By completing the payment, you agree to the Terms of Use. In case of cancellation, only the deposit is lost. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before midnight on the date of the activity by writing to PlacenPeople and the Organizer (e.g. activities on July 5th, cancellation possible until July 3rd).

This activity depends on the weather conditions: in case of unfavorable weather, the organizer can propose to postpone it or, if impossible, will cancel it (with full refund).
