In the heart of the Apulian countryside, inside an 18th-century farmhouse, a sensory journey through olive oil, food, and tradition awaits you.
Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and the scents of the land, you’ll enjoy an authentic experience that blends taste, nature, and rural culture.

During the visit, you’ll stroll through our organic olive grove, learn about cultivation techniques, and discover the secrets of oil production during the harvest season. Each experience includes a guided tasting of our extra virgin olive oils (EVOO), paired with Apulian bread or seasonal food pairings to appreciate the nuances and aromas of each variety.

Depending on the season and how much time you wish to dedicate, you can choose among several options:

• Olive Oil Tasting Tour: Walk through the ancient organic olive grove and taste 3 varieties of EVOO, paired with Apulian bread. A perfect introduction to the world of olive oil, surrounded by nature and genuine flavors.
  
• Taste of Puglia Tour: Walk through the olive grove and enjoy an olive oil tasting with food pairing (mini-aperitivo). In summer, it includes a selection of fresh dishes and crudités; in winter, legumes and seasonal fruits, always paired with 3 different oils.
  
• Full Tour (available only during harvest season): Walk among the olive trees during the harvest, visit the oil mill, and enjoy an olive oil tasting with food pairing. A complete experience to witness the full journey of olive oil — from the land to the table.
  
• Harvest Experience (available only during harvest season): Everything included in the Full Tour, plus the chance to actively participate in the olive picking by hand. An authentic and engaging moment that lets you feel part of the Apulian agricultural tradition.

Starting time

For the 1-hour experience, the starting time can be arranged according to your preference.
For the 2-hour experience, it can begin any time from 11 a.m. onwards.

Cancellation

By completing the payment, you agree to the Terms of Use. In case of cancellation, only the deposit is lost. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before midnight on the date of the activity by writing to PlacenPeople and the Organizer (e.g. activities on July 5th, cancellation possible until July 3rd).

This activity depends on the weather conditions: in case of unfavorable weather, the organizer can propose to postpone it or, if impossible, will cancel it (with full refund).
