Accompanied by an expert guide, we will walk to explore the countryside for the harvest of edible wild herbs; then we will participate in the fresh handmade pasta workshop, which will culminate in the preparation of the typical Murgia dish: fresh pasta with wild herbs and “crusco” pepper. It is a real “hands-on” laboratory and we will be able to taste the result of our work at the end!
The price is €25 per person with a minimum of 4 people. The price with lunch included is €40.
The starting time can be arranged with the organizer. The experience is available all year long.

We will meet directly in Gravina. More information about the meeting point and how to get there will be provided by telephone after booking.
The organizers speak Italian/English/French. In case you prefer to have a translator, this is possible with a little extra cost (ask during reservation).
