Exploration of the caves of Porto Selvaggio in Salento

Description

Have you ever entered a cave? Discover the underground world in complete safety with an expert guide and caving instructor! Accept the invitation and come to the Portoselvaggio park to explore a cave characterized by several consecutive rooms, tunnels and concretions. You will be provided with a helmet and lighting and every indication to proceed to the secret room. If after this experience you are still hungry for adventure, we will go together to a second cave where you can continue to have fun and if you want you can go through the upper passage.

Costs

The fee per person is 25 € with a minimum of 4 people (or in any case a minimum of 100 €), and includes the use of a helmet provided by our team’s instructor. If needed, a suit or flashlight will also be provided.

Starting time

The exploration of the cave lasts a few hours, the time of stay is variable depending on the period and other conditions. The starting time is flexible and can be agreed with the organizer at the time of booking.

How to get there

The cave is located a short distance from the Porto Selvaggio area, and can be reached by car. The organizer will give all the information for the meeting point after booking.

How to book

Cancellation

By completing the payment, you agree to the Terms of Use. In case of cancellation, only the deposit is lost. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before midnight on the date of the activity by writing to PlacenPeople and the Organizer (e.g. activities on July 5th, cancellation possible until July 3rd). This activity depends on the weather conditions: in case the organizer judges the ctivity not feasible, he can propose to postpone it or, if impossible, can cancel it (with full refund).
