Traditional boat tour on Lake Varano (Gargano)

Description

Have you ever gotten into a traditional boat made of wood? On Lake Varano they are called “sandals” and are ready to welcome you to enjoy nature and the lake landscape. It will also be possible to have an aperitif with typical local products. The experience is recommended for everyone.

Costs 

The cost is € 30 per person and includes boat transport and local food tasting.

Starting time

The tours last approximately 3 and a half hours, and departures are at 9 am and 3.30 pm; Tours are available from April to mid-October.

How to get there

We meet directly on the lake, at a point that will be specified by the organizer. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes earlier than departure. In some cases, the organizer can provide a small ride by car. After booking it will be possible to speak by phone for more details.

Cancellation

By completing the payment, you agree to the Terms of Use. In case of cancellation, only the deposit is lost. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before midnight on the date of the activity by writing to PlacenPeople and the Organizer (e.g. activities on July 5th, cancellation possible until July 3rd). This activity depends on the weather conditions: in case the organizer judges the ctivity not feasible, he can propose to postpone it or, if impossible, can cancel it (with full refund).
