You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the suggestive landscape of this fascinating region of southern Italy, while learning about the local culinary traditions.
Pasticciotto is a delicious dessert typical of Salento, a small cake filled with custard and baked in the oven. Orecchiette, on the other hand, are a typical fresh pasta in the shape of small ears, often seasoned with vegetable-based sauces or meat sauce.
Taking part in a cooking class in the Salento region is a unique and tasty experience, which allows you to discover the authentic culinary traditions and savor the genuine flavors of this wonderful part of Italy.

The cost of the private lesson is €75 per person, discounts are available for groups of more than 8 people.

Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before midnight on the date of the activity by writing to PlacenPeople and the Organizer (e.g. activities on July 5th, cancellation possible until July 3rd).
