Description
Are you ready to immerse yourself in art and typical gastronomy? Accompanied by a qualified expert guide through the streets of the ancient art city of Gravina in Puglia, you can visit the still functioning centuries-old oven from 1608 and two master bakers will explain the various stages of bread, focaccia and bakery products making, which you can taste during the workshop.
Your food and wine journey continues among the flavors of Vino Verdeca and the Murgiana sausage of dry knife-pointed cut pork and then visit the artisan dairy, a Slow Food Presidium for the production of the typical “Pallone di Gravina” cheese, to learn about the making stages of dairy and taste the various products.
Costs
The cost is € 60 per person and €20 for children up to 10 years. Min. 2 people and max. 10 people, tasting included.
Starting time
The starting time can be arranged with the organizer. The experience is available all year long.

Cancellation
By completing the payment, you agree to the Terms of Use. In case of cancellation, only the deposit is lost. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before midnight on the date of the activity by writing to PlacenPeople and the Organizer (e.g. activities on July 5th, cancellation possible until July 3rd).
