In a beautiful, multi-storied, rustic place, in Grottaglie, you will learn and enjoy kneading and making handmade the famous orecchiette, traditional fresh ear-shaped pasta, and I will teach you the secrets of their preparation and cooking. Immediately afterwards we will go taste them on the terrace covered with a strawberry grape arbor, with an enchanting view of Grottaglie and its evocative Castle.
In case of rain or cold, we will have lunch in a comfortable room with a fireplace. We will have a complete lunch, in which the freshly made orecchiette will be the main dish. Then, on the lower floor you can admire a vast production of the famous Ceramiche di Grottaglie (Grottaglie ceramics) and you can choose your souvenirs among small masterpieces of real local craftsmanship.
Costs
The cost is € 45 per person for min. 2 person and max. 6 people. There are no additional costs, and if there are some orecchiette exceeding, you can also take them with you.
Starting time
The starting time can be arranged with the organizer. The experience is available all year long.

We will meet in Grottaglie. More information on the meeting point and how to get there will be provided by telephone after booking.

Cancellation
By completing the payment, you agree to the Terms of Use. In case of cancellation, only the deposit is lost. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before midnight on the date of the activity by writing to PlacenPeople and the Organizer (e.g. activities on July 5th, cancellation possible until July 3rd).
