Naturalistic visit to the botanical garden “in the stone” in Maglie + dinner

Description

In this magical botanical garden experience you will follow a path through gardens of succulent, tropical, marshy and typical Mediterranean plants. As if by magic, a space populated by various breeds of animals will open up, and you will admire flowers and natural beauty set in the rock. You will move using the material that will be provided by the organizers, who will let you do the path independently.

At the end of the visit you will be hosted in the internal restaurant, immersed in the nature of the orange grove or in the ancient village, with tasting of typical dishes that vary according to the menu, always in full respect of seasonality and raw materials. For the naturalistic visit in the botanical garden it is advisable to wear comfortable clothing. The period of greatest flowering is the summer.

Costs 

The cost is € 35 per person, lasts 3 hours, and includes the entrance ticket to the botanical garden and dinner. The visit of the garden is not guided, but a brochure will accompany you throughout the journey. Any additional requests are additional to the standard dinner. For groups, every 15 people one ticket is free.

Starting time

The entrance in the summer period (from June 15 to September 15) is in the afternoon: from 17.30 to 20.30 for the free visit, followed by dinner available every day. In winter, the opening hours are in the morning: from 10.30 to 13 and then lunch will be served, but only available on Sundays and holidays. The afternoon openings of the botanical garden in winter are also possible, but only for groups of min. 5 people, and the restaurant opens for groups of at least 30 people. In the summer period there are no such limitations.

How to get there

The locality where the botanical garden stands is not far from Maglie. After booking, the organizer will contact the guest to indicate exactly the meeting place.

Language

The organizers speak Italian and basic English (the language is not essential to enjoy this experience).

Cancellation

By completing the payment, you agree to the Terms of Use. In case of cancellation, only the deposit is lost. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before midnight on the date of the activity by writing to PlacenPeople and the Organizer (e.g. activities on July 5th, cancellation possible until July 3rd).
