Fresh cheeses, so good! Come and visit us in our laboratory in the Tavoliere di Puglia, you will be able to attend all the stages of preparation of mozzarella, burrata, scamorza, and local fresh cheese. At the beginning of the morning (9-11) we prepare mozzarella and burrata, the other cheeses are added later. You will be able to appreciate the whole creation process and at the end you will participate in a great final tasting, in which in addition to cheeses you will also find olives and other local products.
The cost is € 30 per person for a minimum of 2 participants, and includes both the master’s lesson and the final cheese tasting. Anything not expressly mentioned is not to be considered included.
The workshop is open every day from 9 to 12 in the morning. You can arrive at the time you prefer, after agreeing in advance with the organizer who will be present.
How to get there
The laboratory is located in Rocchetta S.Antonio, a town in the province of Foggia (north Apulia). Arrival is recommended by car (possibly by asking PlacenPeople). After booking it will be possible to speak by phone for more details.
The organizers speak Italian. For other languages, if you do not want to use the mobile phone’s automatic translator, we recommend that you be accompanied by an interpreter; however, if the reservation is made sufficiently in advance we will be able to take action to make it available.
